Rocky Beach Utjeha
Rocky Beach is located in the bay of Utjeha between Ulcinj and Bar. Rocky Beach Utjeha is 10 kilometers away from Ulcinj. There is an easily accessible beach parking lot above the beach so it’s very easy to safely park your car The price of parking for the whole day is 2 euros.
There are two restaurants on the beach of which one is American Grill and the food is very good and not expensive, service is satisfactory, although there are shortcomings in professionalism and most waiters do not speak foreign languages .
But they are friendly and try to make the best possible service, so they can be forgiven for not speaking foreign languages.
The sea is crystal clear and great for swimming or snorkeling, the sea entrance is easily accessible to the wide concrete stairs so that it is safe for children to easily enter and exit the sea which is not the case with many rocky beaches around.
Rocky Beach has two swimming pools, and the water is salty in the pools, a smaller pool is shallow for small children who can not swim, however, the disadvantage is that there are no lifeguards who would watch the children in the swimming pool so you need to look out for yourself.
Showers are in the open, and the toilet is regularly maintained and cleaned, the fee is 0,50 cents for the use of toilets.
Loud music before was a major drawback, it seems that the owners realized that loud music is annoying and not preferred.
They overgrew this lack so the music is now quieter and selected and heard only in the background so one can relax while lying on a beach chair, yet it nicer to listen to the sound of waves rather than loud music and any music that is.
Fee for the use of beach furniture
To rent two lounge chairs and umbrella cost 10 euros a day, but if you just want to stay few hours and go, you can stay at a restaurant terrace, where you can always find available tables, you can have a nice swim, drink or food, and so end the day at the Rocky Beach Utjeha.
