Aqua Park Ulcinj
Turkish company Polin, who is interested to build aqua park in Ulcinj, will most likely be assigned to a new location in Stoj in a long-term lease . It is for Antena M announced the Mayor of Ulcinj Fatmir Djeka.
“The investor still has the desire to build “aqua park” so we decided to find another plot, investor agrees with that, new land is the same square footage.
We got a few days ago by the responsible Commission confirmation that it is a free land and that we can replace it with another site.
I expect by the end of the month to have concrete information from the Ministry of Finance and other government bodies, “explained Djeka.
Recall, earlier the plot was abandoned because there were problems with the property. Djeka believes that the Municipal Assembly to give consent to replace grounds.
“If everything goes as it should investor will begin construction in February or March. According to my information for four to six months, they may build an aqua park, because it is a flat piece of land, and the work would go faster.”
Mayor Djeka recalls that the investment is worth more than seven million euros.
